SERVICE POLICY
Service after the Sale
We provide service on all equipment that we sell and install, with the end user's convenience foremost in mind. We have contracts with service organizations located in the cities where we have installed systems, so that we can offer a 24 hour response time on service calls.
Out of Warranty Service
We offer service contracts on systems that we have furnished and installed, after the initial warranty has expired.
We offer hourly rate service, as well as telephone support to our customer's in-house support groups.
